Our umbrellas are opening a new chapter in their product category. And it was long overdue. We spent over three years perfecting the ultimate umbrella. Now, just one year after launch, we have sold more than 10,000 folding umbrellas. The verdict is clear: It was worth the effort.

From the very beginning, we approached the concept of the umbrella in a completely unconventional way. By chance, we found ourselves discussing how today’s umbrellas have lost all sense of aesthetics and are often nothing more than cheap, disposable products. Of course, major fashion houses offer stylish designs for a hefty price, but they are merely accessories—afterthoughts, at best. These umbrellas exist to complement a luxury collection, just like wallets or phone cases. But they have never been given the attention they deserve.

Brands solely dedicated to umbrellas are rare. In Germany, the market is dominated by two brands under the same company. These are names people still recognize, but innovation seems stagnant. Their designs have barely evolved to match modern expectations. For customers, this meant two choices: either purchasing a high-priced designer umbrella from a brand that doesn’t specialize in umbrellas, or opting for a well-made but outdated model from a traditional manufacturer that prioritizes function over form.
