The Modern is our full-length umbrella with a straight, lacquered wooden handle. The handle continues the line of the shaft and gives the closed umbrella its characteristic linear form.
The Modern differs from the Classic in this detail alone; the construction, mechanism and canopy are identical. Eight fibreglass ribs and a strong steel shaft support the 121 cm canopy. The umbrella opens automatically at the press of a button, while an integrated damper produces a resonant, controlled sound.
The collection includes solid-colour versions in black, green, blue and red. Every Modern comes with an adjustable, colour-matched sleeve.
Folding and full-length umbrellas meet different needs. Within both categories, our models differ in their construction, handle and finish.
