We came up with something special when designing the struts and the framework. The specially coated fiberglass of the shaft ensures extreme robustness and stability, while the 10 struts are flexible and lightweight.

So if the umbrella should flip over in strong winds, it won't break apart like conventional umbrellas, but the struts will turn around flexibly. All you have to do is close your umbrella as usual using the automatic open/close mechanism and the umbrella folds up like it always does, even though it is folded outwards.

The umbrellas do not contain any parts of animal origin. We are working on producing an elegant closure made of imitation leather for our premium umbrellas. Our umbrellas will never contain animal parts.

We are working hard to make this possible for you. We are currently planning the appropriate infrastructure for this and are developing a concept of which components you should be able to personalize.

Our umbrellas are built to last.

We offer a 2-year guarantee on our umbrellas.

Valid from the date of purchase and in conjunction with the proof of purchase.

The guarantee applies to workmanship and materials. Damage caused by improper use or external influences is excluded.

We reserve the right to decide whether to repair the product or replace it with an equivalent product.

Right from the start, we work with a small, specialized company (partner) that lives up to our standards and continually develops. Our partners reliably ensure that our products are carefully manufactured to the highest quality standards. We work closely together on a trusting and progressive basis.

Before a product comes onto the market, it is tested countless times and subjected to numerous tests under real conditions. We develop a few, selected products and consciously take our time.

The result is industry-leading umbrellas in all categories that clearly show that they are crafted with meticulous attention to detail.

Please inform us by email and explain to us as precisely as possible what the problem is. If possible, please also send us photos for explanation.

We will check your warranty case and contact you as soon as possible.

Then please send us the umbrella at your expense. We repair it or replace it and send it back to you free of charge.

We ship with DHL or DPD. Always climate neutral, that goes without saying.

The delivery time is 2-4 days within Germany and 4-6 days for Austria. In other EU countries, the delivery time is 5-7 days.

Within Germany we do not charge shipping costs from 70 euros order value. The shipping costs are 6 euros below.

For Austria, shipping costs are free from 90 euros.

The shipping costs for other countries are between 15 and 20 € and will be displayed in the shopping cart when you indicate your respective country of delivery.

You should really make sure to dry your umbrella completely after using it.

The best way to do this is to leave it open. You don't have to do anything else.

The lotus effect is very effective (especially when things have to be done quickly), but careful drying overnight is important so that the water repellency works perfectly for many years.

Our umbrellas are rigorously tested and go through numerous quality checks before they reach you.

If your umbrella has unexpected design defects, we will repair it for you free of charge. Each of our umbrellas has a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

And if repairs are no longer possible, we will of course replace your umbrella and recycle the old one.

Our warranty covers design defects only and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect use.

If you follow our care and use instructions, you can be sure that your umbrella will last for many years without any problems.
