Where will it be shipped?
Currently, we mainly ship our products to Germany and Austria. Europe-wide and worldwide orders are of course possible and we try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.

How is it shipped and how long does it take?
At the current time, we ship our packages with DHL. All shipments are insured and will be replaced by us in case of loss. The delivery time for Germany is usually no more than 4 days or more. 6 days for Austria.

Can I return my order?
Of course, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason and we will refund your purchase price. The products must of course be intact and unopened.

At this point we would like to kindly point out that we are a young company and that we send all items ourselves due to the quality check. Every return means a noticeable effort for us.

Can I track my show?
You will receive an email from us with a tracking number from DPD, through which you can see the status of your delivery. If necessary, different products will be sent in different shipments. We will clearly inform you about this by email.
