Shipping information

We ship to Germany and Austria with DHL. Delivery normally takes 2–4 days within Germany and 4–6 days to Austria.

Germany:

Free shipping on orders of €70 or more. Shipping costs €6 below this threshold.

Austria:

Free shipping on orders of €70 or more. Shipping costs €8 below this threshold.

Other countries:

Free shipping on orders of €100 or more. Shipping costs €10 below this threshold.

For deliveries to other countries, we use UPS or FedEx depending on the destination and service.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. All shipments are insured.

30-day returns:

You may register your order for return within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Please return the umbrella complete and securely packaged. Handle it only as necessary to inspect its condition, properties and operation.
